BULLDOG PUPPY HEALTH CONTRACT

TERMS
I. Payment must be received in full before ownership of the bulldog puppy can be taken by the buyer. The bulldog puppy will not be released from seller’s possession until 8 weeks of age. If the buyer fails to pay for the bulldog puppy in full by 8 weeks of age the deposit will be transferred to another bulldog puppy in a future litter. Deposits placed on a bulldog puppy are NON-REFUNDABLE. II. Payment will be accepted in the following forms: cash, Paypal with 3% being added to the total for the Paypal transaction fee or money order.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
I. The Seller certifies that, upon receipt, the bulldog puppy is in good health and has been vaccinated and de-wormed according to the accompanying heath record of said bulldog puppy. This bulldog puppy has the following conditions now_________________________________________ and those conditions are excluded from any guarantee and are not valid to reject the bulldog puppy due to these conditions. The Buyer agrees to have the bulldog puppy examined by the Buyer’s veterinarian at the Buyer’s expense within 72 hours from date of physical ownership (excluding weekend & holidays). If, as a result of the examination, the Veterinarian determines that the bulldog puppy is NOT in good health, Buyer must notify the Seller immediately. Seller reserves the right to have the bulldog puppy re-examined by the Seller’s veterinarian at Seller’s expense. If the bulldog puppy is then found not to be in good health, Seller will resume possession and replace the bulldog puppy with the next available bulldog puppy of equal value. II. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to return the bulldog puppy to the Seller at the Buyer’s expense. All shipping costs to return the bulldog puppy and or receive a replacement are at the Buyer’s expense. Seller does not accept responsibility for contagious disease (i.e. Parvo) diagnosed after 3 days from date of physical ownership. Crippling hip and elbow dysplasia and pathological spinal disorder are covered for 1 year from date of purchase with the same conditions as above in effect. Your bulldog puppy has been tested and examined for many conditions to assure its health. Heat stroke, exhaustion, dehydration and other heat related conditions are not covered in any way.
BUYER’S RESPONSIBILTY
I. The Buyer agrees to maintain preventative health care of the bulldog puppy including, but not limited to: vaccinations, internal as well as external parasites, and heartworm preventative medication. II. The Buyer agrees that the Seller may repossess the bulldog puppy upon evidence of neglect and/or abuse at no expense to the Seller, and no refund of any monies. III. The Buyer agrees that the bulldog puppy will NOT be left alone in a backyard. The Buyer agrees that the bulldog puppy will reside in the home of the Buyer, and have access to a fenced yard, or walked on a leash and not be chained or "tied out". This bulldog puppy is sold with the understanding that it was to go to select homes, socialized properly, and become a member of the family. This Agreement is made and signed by both parties to insure the well being and protection of the bulldog puppy. If any part of this Agreement is breached, the Seller is released from any further obligations hereunder.
Should the Seller need to seek legal action against the Buyer for violations of this Agreement, the Buyer will assume any and all attorney costs and court fees in the State of Louisiana.
